Hey, I get it. That's why I want to be transparent in how I process new items for my store: - I wash and dry all clothes in my washer and dryer at high temperatures. This gets rid of any critters that could be on the clothes when I've received them. I've never had an issue so far and I inspect all items of clothes thoroughly for quality control (I cut loose threads, I double check the material, etc.) - I store the clothes in boxes until they're bought.

When I started this business, I really had (and still have) the environment in mind. That's why: - All the clothes sold on this site are environmentally conscious: they have either been gently preworn or haven't been sold by a clothing store and saved from a landfill. - The bag containing your order is compostable; its packing sticker and the "Thank you" card inside is recyclable. - 10% of all profits go to Équiterre, a Canadian non-profit. Consumers have an impact on the environment but so do business owners so I want to do my part!

As kids grow quickly, it can be pretty tough to know what size they wear now! All sizes on the website are in standard American sizing. You can either rely on the American standard size you usually buy or use our handy sizing chart. The chart compares American sizing to other common sizing guidelines (i.e. UK, European) as well as comparing American sizing guidelines with the approximate age, height, and weight of your child.

Something doesn't fit quite right or isn't as expected? No problem! Worry-free returns and refunds can be arranged within 20 days of receiving your order! Once a return is in transit back to me, the refund is done within 1-3 business days (this can vary slightly based on your bank's procedure).
